Feeling fit for 2013!

The month of January is always a time of reflection. After all the parties and festivities with friends and family in December. We slow down and spend some time observing how the last was and how you would like to feel in the new year of 2013!

I've spent a lot of the year eating really heathy foods and losing weight! How awesome is that! I will not lie did I eat chocolate and sweets like there was a end to the planet....sure did! What was I thinking while I was indulging in these lindor balls/sweets treats? I hope I don't gain weight but damn this is such a treat with my coffee!

Here's the bad news thinking that way made me eat more and also burn out my adrenals (which my body is talking back very loudly about this!) and the scale went up! 

During my holiday I also did a little research about other weight loss plans and I found some really interesting things about it!

This week I bought all green heathy veggies and some good lean protein and eggs! I will be using the Ideal protein foods snack to help me get the sugar out without feeling deprived of my winter fun! So I will be doing a maintenance like phase with no carbs breakfast!

I've been drinking the skinny genie this week as my go to drink! I will admit i had a coffee yesterday and it through me for a full blown anxiety attack yup my body said no and I am listening!

I have a goal of wearing a bikini at the beach this summer as my goal and instead of thinking about : if I eat this I don't want to get fat I will shift that though to I want to wear a bikini this summer not about my size or the scale. ( My husband said he'll wear a speedo lol! What a sport!)  

I am right there with you all!
