Eat like a king for breakfast

I just have to say I love breakfast! I ate a 3 course breakfast meal it was amazing! As I am sure you have heard before: eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch.......um I not sure what the saying is for supper but oh just looked it up a popper :D!
This breakfast has kept me full all day long and having a proper protein for lunch it kept me going until late in the evening for supper! Amazing I've also been taking all my vitamins and I really find it makes a huge difference!

Then I had a cup of mango and plain yogurt. Sweetness!
and then I had 1/3 dry oatmeal cooked.
Few That was an amazing breakfast I am sticking to a 400 to 500 calories.


For lunch I had a pork chop and celery with PB, and green peppers and cucumber!

For Supper I had A spinach shake with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and a handful of cocoa nib they are sugarless and a little bitter, they give a good crunch!
I sauteed ground pork with the walden farms thai vinaigrette.

For my snack I had the ideal protein chocolate peanut butter bar with a chocolate chai tea!

DAY 96 BRead I had some !!!

Toast and Peanut butter with apple!

I started this morning with two slices of toast with peanut butter. I bought the PC multigrain bread Europeen. It's a 6 grain bread with flax and sunflower seeds. 1 slice has 200 calories, 4 gr of fiber, 3 gr of sugar and 9 g of protein!! It is not something I would probably have every morning but it was delicious and kept me very full all morning!! Lunch chicken kale soup

supper 1 pork chop and a large zucchini salad.
I was really hungry when I got home so I snacked on celery and peanut butter as well.

Day 95 introducing new foods in the morning!!!!





Slowly re-introducing new foods! Hello fruits in the morning!
It was a lovely day of food. I've noticed that my energy level has gone down a bit and I am thinking it might partly be because I am not taking my usual vitamins. So re-introducing the vitamins again!


Breakfast was Oat meal and a serving of plain fat free yogurt and mango!!! Delicious my camera batteries died for that part.


Lunch was a spinach and arugula shake with lemon juice and grated ginger. Accompanied by a large piece of chicken breast


Supper was a chicken soup with kale delicious!


Snack I had the peanut soy puffs my favourite!

DAY 94

DAY 94 I was eating very clean today because of my week-end so I did a phase one today! 

Breakfast Ideal protein chocolate bar

Lunch I had 2 eggs and falafel

supper I had roasted chicken and veggies sea salt and olive oil!

The next day I will have a true phase 3 breakfast so check out tomorrow!!!!

day 93 starting fresh!

So the scale has gone up but I haven't gone to the bathroom in a couple of days.... I blame the pizza. So on that note I am going to extra diligent with my food choices so I am doing a day of phase one because hey I can! I am also taking the novipur.....no bathroom calling yet oh dear it always feel very wrong when you are not your regular self Lol.


Breakfast I had the non-fat plain yogurt 2 tbsp of blue berries and chia seeds.

For lunch I had arugula salad with a rice wine vinegar and brown miso dressing and cooked chicken Yummy and peppery!


Super we went to my parents house who are off sugar and have gone pretty close to carb free! Yahoo for our health!
My mom made turkey with asparagus, cucumber, I made a cabbage salad. It was delicious!
 I also had a slice of chocolate cake ( not sugar free but damn delicious) 


No snack to full

DAy 92 Last day of phase 2

green shakes are a life saver!

It's the last day with ideal protein breakfast! I still have some food left over so I will still have the cereal once in a while!
I did go out last night had some beverages, lots of laughs and I had some pizza....it was amazing fresh whole wheat crust but 20 min later oh my way too much in my belly! So I am not going to have a large breakfast with the bread today so you'll find out about that tomorrow!

lunch was a soup with bok choy and green onions


super was chicken and a green smoothie! These smoothies have been a lifesavers! Fresh wholesome food that I can take when I am on the run. Spinach, cilantro, parsley, grated ginger and half a lemon, chia seeds and water! Delicious and nutritious!
I had the ideal protein cookie for my snack


then I had some drinks and pizza! Great night but my belly wasn't feeling that great so light day on sunday! I started with lemon and hot water today;)


I've also been doing the foot pad detox with chinese herbs this week to help!

DAY 91 2 more days of phase 2


I am trying to mix up the food and I still think I am not eating enough protein! Give me half a chicken to be satisfied please! I've been experimenting with green shakes and my I love them they are easy to make and my husband enjoy them as well BONUS! I am  making them with fresh herbs so it will have a savoury flavour and I grate a little ginger to give it a little zing!!!!

Breakfast I had the crispy cereal! I will be making my own breakfast starting next sunday so check it out!!!

Lunch I had zucchini salad a little olive oil, lemon and salt as a dressing.

For supper I had a green shake: Spinach, water, cilantro and parsley with a inch of grated ginger. My protein I made a marinated miso pork chop. It was so delicious I could have had 4 more and I didn't have time to take a picture but it was beautiful try it amazing! You can use it on any protein I saw it being used on black cod!

For my snack I had the chocolate drink!
