The Food!
Breakfast was the crispy cereal my favourite morning treat pour and eat! It's great if your a person on the go. Also if you are a person who eats cereal every morning this is a great start to your day!
Lunch I had chicken soup with cooked spinach. This was so great it kept me full and the spinach was wonderful mixed in the soup it was a perfect compliment!
Supper I had a peace of pork but to share is was a little small so I made a omelette and shared it. I sauteed the pork with mushrooms. The salad I put a light vinaigrette with olive oil!
FOr my snack I had the peanut crunch bar then I went out for a lady's get together!
