Quick Start Day 1

I few changes here unfortunately this blog can not longer post pictures :(
This is a new policy that changed in April 2012.
I will look into more it looks like I would have to upgrade which would cost $ so I will describe to you in great detail how my first day went!!

The wonderful thing about the Ideal protein plan is that you do not feel hungry so craving of sugar or starches are at a minimum! Plus I had pudding to look forward to for my night time snack!
My plan for this quick start is to only have the Ideal protein superfoods. Which have less carbs in them for example the crispy cereal ( I will be having this all week), soups, drinks and puddings.
Having these will give you more maximum weight loss.

Now I was just looking at the soy milk I was putting in my coffee this morning and it has a crazy amount of sugar so I will not be using anymore of that brand. Try low sugar almond milk of no milk at all.

The foods I ate for day ONE!

As you know the crispy cereal and add cinnamon always to my breakfast! This spice helps lower your blood sugar and taste great! I also enjoy the celestial tea bengal tiger which is a cinnamon roibois delicious!

Lunch I was at my parents and they totally support the low GI diet so it was easy to have lunch with them they are very supportive and understanding of the Ideal protein diet! YAY!
I had the Cheese and broccoli soup it was rich, creamy and warmed me up on these November days!
With a large romaine salad with 2 pickles and yellow pepper. Dressing was the real sae salt and a little olive oil!

Super I made 2 Hamburger patties and steamed cauliflower. I seasoned the burgers and added dijon mustard.  the cauliflower I drizzled olive oil and real sea salt and crushed a clove of garlic and mashed on my plate! It was delicious !

My snack was butterscotch pudding a little peace of heaven. How can a girl be cranky when I can have 1 sweet a day. That's all I ask for :D

Day one was great but I am anticipating day 3-4 which is the ketosis part of the plan.
