ONe week done now into phase two!

Hello Everyone!

How are you?

My week of the Ideal protein quick start with phase one is over. It was awesome! Results are fantastic!
I must reiterate with you that I followed the program to a T and only ate the non-restricted food like the crispy cereal, soups, drinks and puddings for my food I had the soy puffs as a week-end treat!

Food for today

Breakfast:

Crispy cereal with warm water and a touch of cinnamon

I had the mushroom soup and for my veg a had celery and bell peppers at room temperature.

I went  to the movies with a friend and I was hungry but you really can't bring celery to the theatre can you? CRUNCH....CRUNCH...CRUNCH.. I couldn't do it to people so I had a diet pop NOT ON THE PROGRAM but I could have gone way off the wagon. there are no protein choices at the theatre.

For supper I had 4 eggs and green veggies! I was very hungry and I had my pudding right after! I was good for the evening:D

Have a great day!
Nadine

PS.Please share some comments I love to hear your ideas and you thoughts ! Thank you!

  1. way to go Nadine. For my reset, I am doing 3 weeks of Phase 1 and 2 weeks of phase 2 in hopes of maintaining a lower weight, not tied to the scales. So far so good. I like adding soup to salad or lunch time veggies. Takes the chill off a cold salad in the winter.

Crispy cereal with cinnamon is a great find!

For my schedule I need to top load the day. As my day starts very early I have breakfast followed by snack then lunch after a fitness class and coffee, followed by dinner at 5:00....I am not an after-dinner snacker...so water is fine for me then.
