Day 57 STill on the ideal protein wagon! Still loosing too!

After being on the ideal protein diet for 57 days I must say I've loosened the belt a little bit with some skinny sugar free vanilla lattes yes I had a few last week and I didn't get the number I wanted and a was slack on my water intake. No time to be slack results will not show themselves so on that note I will be diligent and strong this week! I am going on vacation next week-end and going to a party this sunday so I am a little scared of the temptations. THe Jeans I'm wearing right now are totally worth it!!! Gonna be strong and asses the choices is it worth it? Could I have this another time in the future? Is this nourishing my body? It's amazing how treating ourselves is such a reward system that can have a bad affect on our health!

Breakfast the amazing blend of 2 puddings to make 2 shakes for breakfast and lunch! I blended the dark chocolate pudding and butterscotch pudding. I believe I put 350 ml of water and 8 ice cubes! This was rich and creamy for both breakfast and lunch!

Lunch I also had some cooked winter vegetables of broccoli and cauliflower with some sea salt!

For super I had left overs of 2 pork meatballs and broccolini! Delicious!

Snack was the return of the salty and sweet the salt and vinegar ridges and chocolate soy snacks!
