strawberry chocolate syrup shake
I spend the last two days in a course about well-being! It was wonderful to know that I feel like I am on the right path! We learned wonderful healing techniques: breathing, movement and nutrition are what heal the body! So simple!
For breakfast surprise : I had the yogurt berry drink. It was light fruity and very creamy. I did find that I was pretty hungry earlier than usual. I would probably have this as a night snack.
Lunch: I had a miso soup and sashimi salmon. Sashimi is raw salmon without the rice. This to me tastes like a rich creamy soft delicate food. I prefer raw salmon to cooked.
Super I had a large salad with 3 boiled eggs.
For my snack I had a strawberry pudding shake with a touch of chocolate syrup.
