This weeks weight-in was not so successful in the number aspect but if you read my post yesterday I have not been drinking my water and thus I think I am holding on to some water weight because even though the number went down .2. My jeans are so much smaller and I could also be adding muscle at this point! So that was a little bit of a wakeup call for me this week and I am have a couple of events next week so I really need to be on my game to really see a difference in the scale.
Breakfast was my go to crispy cereal with a touch of cinnamon. The first time I tried this cereal i was not a fan but adding the cinnamon has really made a difference for me and I love the crunch and the fact I don't have to cook a omelet that can take 10 mins is great. I keep the omelet for week-ends and there also a great meal for lunch too!
Lunch I had one of the best meals in a whole steamed asparagus with leek soup as a gravy. This was filling and the flavours worked so well together. SUper yummy!
Supper I made pork meat balls these were so good. With Steamed broccolini and sauteed mushrooms beautiful meal! Recipe for the meat balls and broccolini at the bottom of this post!
Snack time I really couldn't decide so I had the best of both worlds Salty and Sweet!
The salt and vinegar chips 1/2 a package and the chocolate soy puffs 1/2 a package! THis is great for a treat like watching a movie!!!!!
