day 55 drink your water people!

4 bar buffet~
 I was very busy on monday so I did not have the opportunity to drink as much water as I wold have liked result yesterday morning my bladder felt unusual until the afternoon. So lesson learned people drink your water! On the ideal protein diet your peeing out ketones, toxins and calories woohoo! THis makes the urine very acidic so that is why it's recommended 10 ounces min of water a day. Don't skip the water it's not worth it. We are made of 90 % H2O our body thrive on it it helps alleviate headaches and make your muscles limber and help water retention. Who doesn't want that?


Breakfast was the warming maple oatmeal with a touch of cinnamon. It has a rich creamy texture that fills you up!


Lunch I had chicken and salad ......no IP food you ask well I was at cosco and got a pre-cooked chicken those chicken smell so good and are so delicious people crack a leg off on their way home from the store I am sure! I am not a big meat eater but this chicken turned me into a savage women who hasn't had food in a while. So I had my IP meal for supper.


Supper was a salad with steamed asparagus and a butterscotch pudding shake. Love this shake my next experiment is I am going to mix the dark chocolate and butterscotch together for 2 meals. I am thinking that might happen on friday for breakfast and lunch!


My snack I had the 4 bar buffet ( chocolate raspberry, double chocolate,  vanilla peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter). I know you've notice 2 restricted food in 1 day I new what I was doing this time but I had already dirtied my blender. I said no to sweets when I was at a lunch meeting I decided I was doing the bar buffet!


I have a date with the scale today .........
