Day 48 Keeping it on track!

What a great day for delicious food! I am still enjoying experimenting with the shakes my favourite so far was yesterday's butterscotch. I am going to have to try the vanilla again maybe tomorrow for breakfast!




I had the crispy cereal for breakfast with a little cinnamon. 


Lunch I had the milk chocolate pudding shake. It was rich and so creamy. I did find that it had a little molasses aftertaste so I am going to try the dark chocolate next week to see if there is a difference. I think it's because I water it down that the flavour changes.
I also had a large romaine salad with cucumber yellow pepper and sprouts!


Supper I had marinate tofu with soy sauce and a little sesame oil for 24 hrs. Cooked flat in a pyrex or cookie sheet at 450 degrees flip when it looking crispy. I cooked some winter veggies to go with it and topped it with soy sauce.


My snack was the southwest chips they are the large snack you can get with idea protein the bowl overflows! So if you like quantity these are a great snack that make you feel satisfied!


I have a date with the scale today!!!! My scale at home says that I am about 5.5 Lbs from my first goal but we'll see. I don't trust my scale honestly it's a balance scale.
