peanut butter crunch bar!
DAy 37 on Ideal protein! I've been feeling great not feeling deprived and I don't feel like I am missing out on food or life! I did have a dream last night that I was in a small town bakery.........I didn't eat anything but it felt like the people gave me the impression that I shouldn't be there LOL!
I started with a orange drink for my breakfast. IT was sweet tasting and reminded me of the orange popsicle you would pick from the 3 colour choices pack (purple,orange or pink). The fruit juices are great if you're finding that you are missing the fruit that you might usually have. It was a nice way to begin the morning I was feeling a little hungry by 11:30 but I usually eat at 12 so that was just fine I had some water.
For lunch I has brought my dark chocolate pudding but I forgot my shaker o-oh. Luckily I work with ideal protein so I pickup the potato puree and I made it into mashed instead of soup. The texture is a little pasty I will admit but damn it's great to have something starchy! I had packed frozen mixed veggies of broccoli and cauliflower heated them up and added a soya sauce olive oil with chopped garlic. Super with the potatoes!
For super I had left-over pork roast with a cabbage stir fry with red pepper,bean sprouts and green onion.
For my snack I made a chocolate chai tea and the peanut butter crunch. this bar is PB based with a drizzle on top and a light marshmallow rice protein texture bar! It smelled so good my husband commented on it several times..... |
