day 42 Ideal protein can help you lose the weight!

Day 42 I can't believe the number when I get on the scale! Yes I have lost a large amount of weight in the past but I was also going to the gym 6 days a week working out 2hrs : 60 min cardio and full body weight training and stretching! I've been going for walks but that is all. I really am going to get back into yoga because I really love the stretching. 


FOOD is the major key to weight loss and how you eat will affect your body's way of dealing with the calorie intake. We don't really think of that when you have a craving or there's something delicious in front of you brain says yes but have we ever though of what our body wants? Why are anti-acid medication so popular? Isn't that our body's way of saying NO NO NO this is not good for me!? 
I feel like a sleep better, I am better connected to my needs like when I am stressed I know that I should relax. I only get hungry at 8am ,12pm and 5pm and my snack is at around 7:30pm I try to keep this consistent as possible. If I do get hungry in between I know that it's time for water or a herbal tea. It is all about choices and I find the ideal protein really helps me make the right choices until I realized yes veggies are sweet and I like how I feel when I am eating them. So thank you Ideal protein for your single fulling pack of delicious nutrition.


Food for the day


I had the crispy cereal for breakfast! IT is my favourite no restriction breakfast because I don't have to cook in the morning. I like this so much I would probably have it for lunch too!


Lunch I had the cheese and broccoli with a delicious romaine salad with cooked multi-colored peppers!


For super I had a pork loin with steamed broccoli Holly that was a broccoli kind of day! This was super fast and easy to make I put little soy sauce on the broccoli for a little flavour.


For my snack I had the vanilla bar I wanted something sweet! THis is coated top and bottom with white chocolate and a drizzle of white chocolate as well! This has a firm protein texture.

    So, I will try it, especially that I've read so many good things about this method and it seems really good.
    I'm sure that with hard work and determination I will achieve my goal... to look great and healthy.
