day 38 with Ideal Protein

dark chocolate pudding!

I started my morning with a dark chocolate pudding I wanted something that was chocolate! I though you might be bored of me eating the crispy cereal! LOL!
This pudding is great and I find that if you mix the powder with really cold water it works better. the texture is much nicer!

Lunch was the chicken soup with veggies

my super was the left over stir fry and I didn't realized that I didn't have much protein left over so I had my vanilla peanut bar and had some eggs as my snack when I got home.

 I think the puddings are great there easy and delicious my favourite are vanilla, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and caramel. Obviously all dessert flavours!
