day 42 Not feeling the sugar hang over this morning are you?

Day 42


 I have to share with you I've been missing on my REM sleep because of a sick kitty but he's getting better already. It's times like these that I would normally gravitate towards food for comfort but I am so full with all the protein that I am totally satisfied in the food department. So as a relax alternative I  went for an amazing body massage with Acupuncture with Katie Pertus at the be well spa 422-2767. I've been doing massage for years because I have a physical job and a do a lot of repetitive movements so these treatments are more for maintenance. Although I have to share with you that Katie noticed that this was the best my muscles have ever felt! I think it is do to the lack of sugar in my diet. Sugar causes inflammation in the body so I find this very interesting also I've been taking all the vitamins and minerals to help support my diet as well. Other things that I've been doing to relax is writing my dream and goals down, I listen to guided meditation ( it's better than watching TV) and going to bed earlier. I am talking around 9:30pm!


For breakfast I had the crunchy cereal with a pinch of cinnamon




For lunch I had eggs and a large salad ( wait you're wondering were my ideal protein lunch is ) I was at my parents house for lunch so I had an egg protein this time!


FOr super I had roasted chicken breast and cooked peppers and celery


For my snack I had the peanut soy snacks!


I was not tempted by chocolate because I didn't buy any so that's how you avoid that hurtle. I did get my husband a origami chocolate treat. 
That was my day in food
