Day 54 I heart Ideal protein and the scale!

My title is something I never though I would write! Imagine I've done cleanses lost 10lbs and gained it right back so many time in the last 3 years. Ideal protein and my mind made up I have finally been able to see the scale go down in a major way! I don't want to jinx it because I am getting weight tomorrow but I think I am in the 30lbs loss area!!! Fingers crossed! I am wearing smaller jeans and they look hot!


Breakfast I had the plain omelet. It is filling and I like to roll it up and eat it with my hands sometimes!


Lunch I made the potato puree with a side of veggies: celery and pickles.


Supper I had nothing left in the fridge so I made a 5 egg omelet to share with my honey cauliflower mashed with olive oil and garlic and cooked radishes.


Snack time was a trio of vanilla peanut butter bar, cookies and cream bar and poppy seed bar. Delicious and filling with a chocolate chai tea perfection!
