day 43 it's Friday!

omelette

potato soup with purred veggies!
For Breakfast I had the herb and cheese omelette. It keeps you full for so long!!!!!


Lunch was the potato puree soup with broccoli and cauliflower. IT's warm filling and has great flavour.


SUper I had a portion of roasted chicken with broccoli and cauliflower.


FOr my snack I had the BBQ soy nuts they were so great a sweet bbq flavour and I love nuts so it's nice to have this as a treat!
I am going to keep this short today but I'll be chatting more on sunday/monday :)
