potato soup with purred veggies! |
Lunch was the potato puree soup with broccoli and cauliflower. IT's warm filling and has great flavour.
SUper I had a portion of roasted chicken with broccoli and cauliflower.
FOr my snack I had the BBQ soy nuts they were so great a sweet bbq flavour and I love nuts so it's nice to have this as a treat!
I am going to keep this short today but I'll be chatting more on sunday/monday :)

I forgot to mention that I have now lost 24.2 lbs! I am 10lbs away from my first goal!
