Well I this week I feel like there's not enough time. Due to the time change yes it's lighter out for longer but my mornings feel like they have disappeared!
I love being back on the phase one program I feel very comfortable and I don't have to think to much at this point!
For breakfast I had the delicious pre made mango fruit shake I have a video about it on yesterday's blog so check it out!
lunch I had a salad and chocolate drink which I love heated up for 1 min and 30 sec in a large glass because it tends to bubble up!
Supper was a large green salad with cooked ham. I used a vinegar with my salad it tasted great but it gave me heart burn which is a very unusual feeling for me.
for my snack I had some slaty ad sweet treat: the salt and vinegar chips and half of a chocolate peanut butter bar so delicious! I had my snack a little earlier than usual and it kept me full all night.
