strawberry shake
I went to Fredericton to see some friends for the week-end. I've only noticed today that I took pictures of the mostly healthy foods while I was away. the other things I ate were so delicious that it went in my mouth before I even though about the camera. What I ate in Fredericton: chicken and beef samosa's they were delicious but I missed the veggie ones but I though it was less sugar going for the meat. Lorraine's baked goods ( gingerbread chocolate vegan cake, expresso chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin cookies). I think I ate a whole tray to myself over the 4 days. I could not say no I could only say I'll have one of each.lol. I also had some baked beans and ham they were pretty good. I also drank a lot of coffee which as a result I am know suffering from a little anxiety (picture a screaming banchy as she's vaccuming that's me)LOL. So no coffee for me for a while. I had the ip Mango drinks while away and they were awesome and delicious!
I am doing all super foods for a little bit to get back into form! breakfast I had the hot chocolate drink. It's rich, creamy, warm and delicious.
For lunch I had the leek soup with broccoli and cauliflower veggies.
Supper I had a large romaine salad and chicken.
My snack I had the strawberry pudding shake!
