make your own mix chocolate peanut butter soy puff!
I am an emotional eater so when times get tough I want food. My hormones get out of whack and my metabolism crashes. I have done a lot of work to know this about myself and with the help of professionals to understand what happens to my body during times of stress. I am a very sensitive person and I like to control situations. This morning when I went outside I hear birds chirping and the cool morning air with the sunshine I ask myself why aren't I out here every morning to connect with nature and hear the quiet of the city? Fresh air can really do some good for the brain and the heart!
Breakfast I had the leftover strawberry chocolate twist. (strawberry pudding mix with chocolate drink mix water and ice cubes). THis make 2 portions so I split it!
Lunch was the new and delicious flavour of the broccoli and cheese soup. With cooked veggies broccoli and cauliflower.
Supper was eggs with a spinach salad and a side of mashed turnip.
mustard dressing: 1/4 cup of olive oil , 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of dijon mustard.
Snack I had the peanut and chocolate soy snacks. They were so good and they have such a good crunch! That snack is gone too quick!!
