day59 Keeping it on track!

Day 59 Saturday. It was a good food day! I've really been trying to be very aware of my food intake it's amazing how sugar can creep in. Like my husband offer me a sip of his tea and I look at him and ask is there sugar in that? Yes there was sugar darn it! I will now always ask before taking a bite from now on. So tomorrow's blog I will be going to an amazing birthday tea party! It's an event of the year for me and the food is just amazing! I will be having something there that is not on the protocol so I will let you know how it goes tomorrow. It was my goal since I've been invite to stay on protocol and after my vacation next week-end debauchery I will stay on stage 1 for about 90 days or so.
I've been off the lattes as well because I think that was the reason for not loosing as much this past week.

Breakfast was the crispy cereal. This breakfast I would probably still get if I wasn't on protocol!

Lunch was a new and improved flavour broccoli soup and a green salad. I must say i liked the flavour of the broccoli soup previously but the texture and flavour is completely different. I really like the improvement! Great Job Ideal protein! The broccoli piece are finer chopped and the texture reminds me of the potato puree soup!

SUpper I came home from work to a Vinnie Ideal protein veggie soup made with home made chicken broth! Then I sauteed sliced pork loin. Delicious I am a huge fan of home made soups!!

Snack time I had a trio of ideal protein bars: chocolate peanut, raspberry, vanilla chocolate and double chocolate. I really tried to savour it, it was so good and lots of different flavour! I was finishing a puzzle so I really tried to extend the snack time! 

I will be experimenting with a new shake flavour you'll hear about it tomorrow. It's amazing!!! I will blog vinnie's soup soon!
