Day 58 th! Wearing size 10 pants!

I've been trying to keep everything on track! It's not the time to get slack when you have goals and they are attainable! I have noticed that even though I am full sometimes my mind wants more not the tummy isn't that interresting. Well I will observe these toughs more. I have been doing some lovely meditation and that really seems to help me. I recommend a guided meditation cd:

is one of my favourites it's 25 mins long and you can listen to it in the morning or evening before you fall asleep.


On to the food


I had the crispy cereal for breakfast. It's my morning treat with a touch of cinnamon!


lunch I had the mushroom soup with a side of veggies ( celery, pickles, red pepper)


Super I had a salad with a chicken veggie stirfry. I put shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, red pepper and added chicken breast.


FOr my snack I had the salty and sweet snack I forgot to take a picture of it. I had the white cheddar cheese chips 1/2 package with 2 pieces of bars: chocolate raspberry and double chocolate.


I had some herbal teas and lots of water as well!
