Well I must say it's been 12 weeks and the program feels like comfy clothing. The food is easy to make and I am looking at how this will fit into my life after I am off the phase one protocal. I will admit at first change can be scary! But with the knowledge I will be able to make the right decisions especially the moments of perhaps weekness. I did have a small peace of chocolate vegan torte yesterday.....omg chocolate avocado with a crumb crust. It was really good will it affect my weight loss unfortunately yes! These are the moments that we have to live with and not to have bad self talking. Compassion for ourselves is one of the most important thing that I have learned over the last 12 weeks.
breakfast: mango fruit pre made shake!
lunch: cream of chicken soup and salad.
Supper: Cooked ham and cooked mushrooms and broccolini.
Snack: Salt and vinegar chips and peanut soy puffs.
