Breakfast I had the crispy cereal and I'm not sure if it's just me but this cereal is in a new package and it seems to me the crispy cereal is a bigger size. As you know I love this breakfast! Cinnamon is so good for you and it helps lower your blood sugar! Great to have in the morning :D
For lunch I had a lovely romaine salad and a cream of chicken sop. It was the perfect meal for this kind of day. warm thick rich bowl of chicken goodness while you look out at a snowy landscape or the neighbours siding.
Supper was pork loin sliced and sauteed with a lot of button mushrooms. I topped my salad with this delicious!
For my snack I've been visiting some old favourites that I started the program with it's been 60 days I have to change it up a little. I made the banana chocolate twist shake!
I had 350 ml of water and mix a dark chocolate pudding mix and banana pudding mix in a blender. THen I added 8 ice cubes. IT's rich and creamy I must say it did give me a little indigestion it could be because I drank it some quick! It was delicious!
Vinnie Ideal Protein soup
8 cups of home made chicken stock
2 cups of white button mushrooms
1 red pepper
3 zucchini
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup of spinach
Heated the broth and added all the veggies.bring to a boil for 10 min and serve once the veggies are heated through!
When we have chicken we save the carcass and add it to 8 cups of water add seasoning and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, strain bones. You can keep in the fridge or freeze it!
