Day 65 Nadine's famous meatballs, well there not famous yet!

spices 
spices in package
mustard!
add ground meat and form into balls
chocolate drink and salad
breakfast and snack vanilla strawberry twist pudding shake

Day 65 it now feels so comfortable to be on this program. I am comforted by my veggies and that I know what I am doing I've been looking into what the other phases include because I will be finishing phase one of the program after day 90. Phase 3 is what is making me nervous like anyone who has issue with weight and after this change to eating real food again seams a little scary.

For my breakfast and snack I made a vanilla strawberry pudding shake. I call is a twist :)
For some reason the second serving is never the same size as the firsts. I think it might be the air that gets mixed in. Because I am not more generous with the first serving.

Lunch was a chocolate drink heated in a tall glass and a medium size romaine salad.

Supper I had a large salad with yesterday left-overs pork loin and turnip fries. THis meal to me is so satisfying like steak and fries! 

My snack was the vanilla strawberry twists shake!

Still trying to keep it to the super foods. By super foods I mean that the only Ideal Protein foods I am having are non-restricted ex: soups, drinks, puddings, cereal and omelette. This helps boost weight loss on the program!

The video I made was my first attempt so I still need to works on that for you. I need an editor....

  1. If I were in a diet and I had to not eat my favorite foods. I don't think I can't live a day. Although if there's a hot chocolate around... I think I can take anything. :)
