I can't believe it's been 90 days on this journey! It's been amazing! I have laughed, cried had some crazy moments and had some great food. I am wearing pants today that I haven't worn in three years! SMILES! Here's what I've learned yesterday in phase two is I wasn't eating enough protein or veggies today. I went out for lunch had a chicken salad and I was just not satisfied and was craving zucchini so when I got home I made zucchini and had some celery with peanut butter. So in the different phases make sure you have plenty of veggies and you have a good amount of protein! I have reduced my portions which was not a good idea!

Keep some ideal protein snacks with you in case you are out and about and are famished have lots of veggies for your lunch and supper! |
