Day 89 A long road with Ideal Protein! Down 35 lbs!

Today was the last day of our Feeding the Chakras workshop! What an amazing group of women to be charing this information with! I am looking forward to doing more courses like this in the near future! Even an on-line course!

Breakfast I had the crispy cereal of course! I added some chia seeds to my breakfast http://www.ruthshempfoods.com/

For lunch I had my left overs from supper. Tofu and sauteed green veg: bok choy, green onion, celery.

For supper I had a salad with tofu and a chipotle black been soup at the good food emporium.

My snack was the delicious lemon poppy seed bar!
