Today was a great food day. Monday My husband and I went to get groceries. If you were to see my cart you would have see all green! Kale, zucchini, bokchoy, celery, etc!
Breakfast Crispy cereal!
lunch Kale shake: 5 leaves, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 inch ginger grated, water and blended!
4 egg omelette with salt and cumin
Supper Tofu stir fry
Snack peanut and chocolate soy puffs.
