DAy 85 Caramel bar for breakfast!

When the day is though I go for a caramel bar for breakfast! Why not? It is the Ideal Protein bar:) Stephanie and I have just finished our second feeding the chakras course! We are having such a wonderful time sharing with a great group of women. It is truly a blessing to be able to share information that helps you get to know yourself and your feelings. Along with tasting delicious nutritious foods!

Breakfast yup the caramel bar! It's been a while since I had a caramel bar I've forgotten how delicious they are! It could be because I felt like I was being bad by  having this for breakfast! The Best!!

Lunch I had the ideal protein chicken soup with broccoli and cauliflower.

I went out to the GOOD FOOD EMPORIUM take out for super. I had the vegan chefs salad tofu, humous, avocado and  a olive oil and cider vinegar dressing and a bowl of veggie chili and a slice of bread.....so not the phase two protocol but I am really trying to make that happen!

No snack I was still full from my super.
