4 bar dessert
Well I've made it to my goal! Very exciting! I will be going into phase two as soon as I run out of lunches :D. I still have soups and lots of puddings! I am ready to start exercising especially now that I have more time on my hands. I love walking outside and also doing yoga.I don't want to pressure myself so I will be setting some goals. I want it to be fun and I don't want to pressure myself which I can do very easily.
Breakfast crispy cereal with a touch of cinnamon!
Lunch salad with a curry dressing. Ideal protein lemon pudding.
Super was salad with the curry dressing and 3 meat balls. I put the peanut butter spread on the meatballs to make it like a peanut satay it was great!
My snack I had 4 bars 2 bite special! I also had a piece of my friend Vegan chocolate ginger bread. It was still hot so delicious!
