Toast and Peanut butter with apple! |
 |
zucchini salad and pork chop!
I started this morning with two slices of toast with peanut butter. I bought the PC multigrain bread Europeen. It's a 6 grain bread with flax and sunflower seeds. 1 slice has 200 calories, 4 gr of fiber, 3 gr of sugar and 9 g of protein!! It is not something I would probably have every morning but it was delicious and kept me very full all morning!! Check out what kind of bread would be the best for you another bread you might want to check out is sprouted bread |

In fact, the protein quality is so high, that it is 84.3% as efficient as the highest recognized source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids. There are 18 amino acids present in this unique bread – from all vegetable sources – naturally balanced in nature.
Ezekiel 4:9® Bread, made from freshly sprouted organically grown grains, is naturally flavorful and bursting with nutrients. Rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and natural fiber with no added fat. Try it served warm to release its exceptionally rich nutty flavor.
