I am feeling lighter on my feet! My skin feels great and I feel like my hair is growing like a weed pretty good for 13 days!
For breakfast I had the plain pancake it was good I was able to make the flip in the pan YAY! The only thing missing is maple sirup and bacon.......it made me sad so I will probably not keep the plain pancake in my breakfast selection. I would suggest that you make it a savoury pancake topped with some cooked veggies and your side salad a much better choice!
Lunch I had a salad and strawberry pudding. THe pudding was such a pretty colour of pink! It had a little bit of strawberry seeds and the texture was a little bubbly because of shaking it. Because the pudding had 19 gr of protein it does have a bubbly texture as well.
Super I had chicken and sauteed kale and some salad. THe chicken I rubbed with garlic powder and onion powder, summer savoury and salt and pepper. It made a nice crust on the chicken I will make that again! I made a mustard dressing with spices chopped garlic and oil and I keep it in the fridge. It gets better everyday!
My snack was the peanut bar. I am a peanut butter/nuts kind of girl I use to have it everyday so I love this bar very satisfying yummy!!!!
