DAY 8
As you can see I had a pretty tasty day!
Breakfast was the chocolate muffin! Which I made with the Ideal protein chocolate pancake mix.
I used 50ml of water in the shaker added the mix and shake( if the consistency is too think add a 1-2Tbsp of water) I used a microwave safe ceramic dish to cook my muffin for about 1min30 sec. It would look super cute in a mug to have that muffin shape!
Lunch was a salad and cream of chicken soup. THe soup was flavourful, rich and very thick and creamy! It kept me full during a matinee movie no need for popcorn for this girl! I brought a IP snack just in case I got a craving but I saved it for my night time snack.
Super I had mixed green veggies with spices and I 1/2tsp of olive oil and a serving of shrimp.
For my snack I had the peanut soy snack. They were SOOOO GOOD! I think the soy snacks are my favourite. Imagine reese peanut butter cups with a crunch interior without that sugar craving after you're finished!
I forgot to mention my snack for the night before!
I made banana Ice cream!
With the ideal protein pudding mix and leave in the freezer for 30 mins!

I LOVE all your ideas and suggestions for how to make interesting dishes to keep the motivation going!! I am Day 2 and feel satisfied on this diet, never hungry and love the food. It is a great experience so far and not hard to stay on track because of your BLOG, the support at BE WELL SPA, and such a well thought out diet...that I would say is IDEAL!!
