I am pleased to let you know that I am down 9.4 pds so far!
Great start and numbers like that give a girl motivation that she can do it!

Day 9 was a vegetarian day!
For Breakfast I had the pre-made chocolate shake! Great for a person on the go rich and creamy and it brings me back to my childhood : tetra pack with straw :D
For Lunch I brought the tomato basil soup and a salad I've made a dressing that I keep at work for my salads. The soup had a lot of flavour and people always say my soups smell good! They taste good too! I love having something warm this time of year for lunch. I didn't bring my camera with me next time I will try to remember!
For Supper I marinated some tofu in the morning with soya sauce garlic and green onions. I cooked the slices in a non-sitck pan so there nice and crispy. For my veggies I sauteed kale with chopped garlic and S+P. It cooked down so much so I also had a dill pickle and celery.
Snack Time! I tried the white cheddar ridges they are super crunchy and the flavour is nice gives you that real chip experience.
