day 13 almost at the 2 week mark! I had a battle with a food demon...it won

Sunday is my family day were I spend time with my husband and my kitties!
Lately we've been going to the library for an outing for books, dvd's, cd's and magazines.
Sundays to me also means comfort foods so I've decided that Sundays are my day for spaghetti!

Breakfast was a Herb and Cheese Omelet as you can see I used a different pan older non-stick work and it turned into a egg scramble! It was delicious! The herbs are green and red pepper it has a great texture! Great way to start your morning!

Lunch was of course the famous Spaghetti bolognese! It is hot and yummy perfect for  a cold day. I don't make spaghetti a lot at home but I forgot what comfort it brings me my mom makes a great spaghetti dinner!

Super was 2 cups of steamed veggies with a little soya sauce and a roasted chicken leg and thigh. It was super fast to make as it was a pre-roasted chicken. As you can see in the picture I've removed the skin I'm not a fan of it but it make the chicken look really ugly so I apologize for the naked chicken leg LOL!

SNACK time was this scrumptious Chocolate Chip cookie! It is a large cookie it has a  soft texture and doesn't crumble almost vanilla cake like they are very good the texture is really nice and there's a good sweetness to it.

Now for some honesty I was a bad girl..........Notice I didn't make a salad or veggies for lunch I didn't want anything cold so I just ate my Happy spaghetti..............but later on in the evening after my cookie I was not satisfied and it wasn't even that I was hungry I just wanted something. I had about 3 cups of tea and it wasn't helping! Yup I'm totally a food addict with PMS ( I cried like a baby during the movie to hell and back the Meat loaf biography movie) I was not myself! So I ate some the ideal protein BBQ chips later on and of course my husband looks at me and says : are you allowed to have that? Busted!!!!!!! So my promise is to always have some veggies at lunch and yes I could have a had broccoli instead of the chips but really I was fighting a food demon last night only the chips would do. So I am cleansed of that now the chips tasted like guilt (I'll give you a better taste description later on).
