I woke up full of energy this Saturday yay!
I started my day with the Ideal protein Maple oatmeal. It was super creamy and so sweet.
I think due to the fact that I've eliminated sugar out of my food my taste buds are really sensitive even to sweetness in the rice vinegar that I use for my salad dressing sometimes. Very cool to experience!
In the morning I also have a black coffee.
For Lunch I had packed my leek soup but forgot my shaker...............Don't forget the shake if you're taking soup to work. Luckily my work has the whole ideal protein grocery store I had a pre-made Vanilla pudding as dessert with my medium salad and my super left overs of sauteed cooked cabbage and mushrooms.
I soaked my mushrooms in water because they we're getting dehydrated in the fridge. That made a what I would call mushroom gravy. That is one of my tips of the day! So I used that water to steam my cabbage in my wok!
My super was 7 small Scallops and a Large salad with cucumber and baby tomatoes. My dressing I used the sea salt and salad spice that is in a grinder and I squeezed a 1/2 a lemon as my dressing. My husband know how to cook scallops they were amazing!
My snack was a caramel bar it was a vanilla chocolate on top and bottom with caramel on top with a cereal type texture in the middle it was sticky goodness I licked the package it was so yummy.LOL
It was a sweet day!
