DAy 1 with Ideal protein here's what I've tried so far: The mango protein drink for breakfast it was yummy and creamy and I love mangoes! 

My lunch was a large salad with herbed olive oil and the ideal protein smoke soy nuts which had a nice crunch and a nutty flavor. 

Super was large salad with turkey.

My snack last night was the chocolate pudding which was rich thick and I was able to really enjoy this and took my time enjoying every spoonful. I felt very happy with day one and the food prep was so minimal! Wonderful for working people on the go! I was not starving when I woke up this morning which is usually the case for me when I start a regime or a cleanse. More info to come on my journey :) Nadine

Day 2 with Ideal Protein !


For breakfast I cooked the fine herb and cheese omelet it was fluffy and a large portion great flavour and it kept me full until 12 o clock!


Lunch was a large salad and a vanilla drink which was a great texture silky vanilla yum.
My super was a large salad 2 cups of kale with 1/2 portion of turkey and 1 egg. I've been using salad spice with my olive oil and the redmond sea salt really enhances everything you put on it.


My snack was the most exciting because I've been looking at this snack since we receive our stock! It was the CHOCOLATE SOY PUFFS they are like cocoa puff with a pretzel like crunch. They were very tasty! Find out more about these products @ The Be Well Spa

Day 3 with Ideal Protein

BReakfast IP crispy cereal I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to spice things up.

Lunch was salad with the IP Broccoli and cheese soup it was delicious high protein cup of soup with peaces of broccoli great for a cold day!


Super a large salad and 2 boiled eggs with a lemon olive oil dressing.


My snack was the cookies and cream bar delicious great texture and it's a thick bar with a yogourt great for a person who loves sweets and chocolate!


At this point my body is now going into KETOSIS which is when your body has run out of sugar to live off and will know switch to fat burning! Very exciting! Get more info The Be Well Spa!

It’s Day 4 with Ideal protein

Well I must say today I definitely felt the change of my body going into Ketosis which is very exciting but I felt like I needed a pick me up at 3pm so I had an extra ideal protein to help with the change and give me a little more energy for the rest of the day so here was my meal plan.
Cappuccino drink in the morning with was rich and frothy and had a great coffee flavor.
Lunch was a leek soup, which was rich creamy and very filling. I felt very satisfied it’s nice to have something hot on cold winter days. I also enjoyed a salad with a herb vinaigrette and I’ve been using the sea salt it’s has great flavor and because it has so many minerals it doesn’t have that I just added salt to my meal.

Snack was the southwest crisps Wholly molly these were crunchy light and airy like a Cheesy poof. SO yummy! So Needed!

Super was a small salad with a soya sauce vinaigrette and 2 cups of cooked cabbage with marinated mushroom that I created a stir fry with no oil and added Chinese five spice, pepper and soya sauce.

My nighttime snack was the Pina coloda. I was really sweet and frothy it had such a great flavor
