Day 7 feeling Awesome! I am not bore of what I am eating and feeling really good probably because I am eating so much green!
Eating green coloured foods food is great to heal the heart! My clothing is looser and I wore my tightest pair of jeans on sunday and they were looking good ;)
So let me explain the pictures the first picture :

Breakfast the Plain omelette it has herbs and yay the flip was good! The Ideal protein omelette will keep you full until 4 hours so it's a great first product to try for your breakfast check out day 6 for tips on cooking .

Lunch: Mushroom soup with a salad. I love the ideal protein soups especially this time of year I like warm to hot food to keep you warm. It is also comforting! My salad I prep all my veggies when I get them home clean cut and keep in containers or bowl of water.

Super: 2 boiled eggs 1 dill pickle chopped up and a large salad and a side dish of warmed broccoli and cauliflower. I bought these frozen and boiled them for 4 mins very easy. Already prepped! Notice the sprinkles on everything I used salad spice and sea salt and fresh cracked pepper! Yum. Here's another tip for you: You can hard boil your eggs in advance and shell them and keep in a bowl of water!
